The service
Instrument Labs provides interactive tools for exploring music theory, instruments, scales, chords, progressions, melodies, and related material. The service may change as features and Labs are added or improved.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Information you provide must be accurate and you must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your projects
You retain ownership of the original projects and musical material you create. You give Instrument Labs permission to store and process content you choose to save so that we can provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious software, or use it in a way that violates the rights of another person or applicable law.
Educational information
Music-theory suggestions, generated material, diagrams, and playback are provided as creative and educational tools. Results may contain errors and should be reviewed before relying on them in a performance, publication, or commercial project.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Instrument Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms. We may restrict access when these terms are violated.
